Zonta birthing kit donation appeal

Did you know…

that around 300,000 women and 3 million newborns die each year from preventable causes related to pregnancy and childbirth with most of these happening in developing countries.

The MacKillop community will be doing their bit to help by donating funds and packing much needed birthing kits to be delivered to these countries.

How can you help?

These kits will be packed on Thursday 24 May by student and parent volunteers. You can be a part of this by making a a donation (small or large, we don’t mind!) to help pay for the supplies that go into these birthing kits.

All financial donations are welcome at the Finance Office until Wednesday 23 May. Every $3.00 donated buys an entire kit – such a small price for such a large benefit!

So far we have raised $350 which is over 100 birthing kits! Will you help us achieve our goal of $600 (300 birthing kits packed)?
