“Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.” – Robert Frost.

To celebrate World Poetry Day on 21 March, coinciding with Harmony Day, our College Library is running a poetry competition.

Theme: Harmony
Due: Friday 29 March, hand in at the Library
Word limit: 50 words
Entry: Open to all students K-12

Prizes will be awarded according to different year group categories. House points will also be awarded.The Library will hold a session on poetry for secondary students on Wednesday 27 March during Break 1 to get inspired on how you can write your poem. Sessions will be held for K-6 in their library lessons over Weeks 8 and 9.
