K-6 Christmas Concert

22 Nov 2018
Students

All of our Primary families are welcome to attend our annual Christmas Concert which will be held on Friday 30 November in the Aitken Hall.

The day is full of fun beginning at 9am in the Dreaming Cafe where all K-12 parents are invited to attend a forum to discuss the questions posed by the Plenary Council. Please make sure you RSVP to natalie.tunstead@dbb.catholic.edu.au if you wish to attend.

At 10am in the Church, our Primary Spelling Bee Finals will be held. Primary parents are then invited to enjoy a picnic lunch with their children between 12.15-12.45pm.

The festive fun continues for the main event in the hall between 1-3pm where our students will perform a number of musical items. Families are also invited to get their photo with Santa for $3 (cash only) which includes a 6×8 photo. A Scholastic book sale will also be held in the hall (cash and EFTPOS available) which can lead to great Christmas gifts for family and friends.

A newsletter has gone home to families in Primary which will include all additional information.

We anticipate this being a very busy day both on campus and around it, so we ask that all traffic please park sensibly (no parking is allowed in the bus bays, in intersections or on roundabouts) and be extra cautious when entering and exiting the College. Parking will be available in the student/overflow carpark from 8am, with additional parking opened up on the Oval, accessible via the service road that comes off Sparks Road (eastbound) with a member of staff to direct traffic – this will be available from 11.30am. Please contact the College Office with enquiries on 4392 9399.
