If your child is in Years 4, 5 or 6 and you would like them to receive the Sacrament of First Holy Communion, download the enrolment form below. Enrolment forms were sent home with Year 4 students on Friday 11 September. Alternatively, you can collect enrolment forms from the Parish Office by phoning 8379 1720 or emailing warnervaleparish@bbcatholic.org.au
